Billie Kassab is a ruthless crime boss making big moves in Stormwind and Esther Harper is her trusty second in command. Together they're an unstoppable team of criminal enterprisers and are slowly carving out a piece of Stormwind's seedy underbelly for themselves.
From her brothel, Billie controls almost the entire prostitution ring of Stormwind. Her crime family maintaining their stranglehold upon it through the fair treatment, pay and protection of sex workers through legitimate business and gang controlled territory. Yet behind closed doors, Billie and Esther plot and execute their meticulously laid out efforts to get their slice of Stormwind through criminal means.
Billie is Esther's walking goddess. There is very little this up and coming criminal won't do for her boss. Its no secret either, her rear never far from Billie's lap and the tattoo on her lower back clearly telling all who see it who she belongs to. Its no romance, its something deeper between them. Lust and BDSM.
