“THE Baroness” Penelope Brightwood

A woman of noble standing, Penelope inherited her father’s estate and wealth upon his sudden and tragic death in years prior. Baroness Penelope has cemented herself as a noble of the people and extremely altruistic to those in need. She’s loved by many and respected by her peers, especially the people of the small town in Duskwood that she calls her constituency as her large manor sits on the hill that overlooks it. The people there in particular are extremely loyal to her.

Penelope is not what she appears though. Beneath her false veil of an altruistic noble of the people lurks a being of dark intention and selfish ambition. She is a powerful warlock with grand designs and dark secrets that go deeper than anyone can possibly imagine. None know exactly how old she is, as she never seems to age and Penelope holds her cards very close to her chest.

To those who do know her real nature, they are either a demon under her command, an ally of her rule or one of her many slaves/servants brought into subjugation beneath her black heeled boot. She is very indulgent of her desires and on her off-world lair, on a broken world that once served as a legion outpost, she sits atop her black throne and rules over her subjects as the powerful and terrifying Baroness.

The two people closest to her are her trusted handmaidens, Melody and Lauren. They are her inner circle and both of them are unquestionably loyal to their beloved mistress. It is believed she has taken both of them as her lovers/romantic partners. It is clear she favours them both enough to lay with them regularly and treats them far better than all of her other servants. She also seems uninterested in inflicting them with demonic corruption to alter their appearance.
